Have an idea for a new feature, or need to report an issue to our product team?
Hello! I took a break from film and let my last subscription end. I've started back up with film and podcasting and wanted to reactivate my account (start paying for a subscription again). I logged in, clicked on my profile > account and saw the Reactivate button and clicked it, thinking that would lead me to a page or window helping me to restore my subscription and pay for another month/year. Instead, after clicking the Reactivate button I was lead to an Enterprise application window. Admittedly I was confused by it was asking the questions it did, I still clicked request thinking that the next window might lead me to the payment options, but it did not. So, my feedback would be to simply add some detail in parentheses what clicking the Reactivate button does, i.e. (for upgrading your subscription to the Enterprise Level (250 employees etc), and also adding a button below for Subscription Renewal, along with a little detail about what clicking that button will do, i.e (For renewing a lapsed subscription).
