Filter list in top corner won't stop moving

Maybe this is a bug, maybe a feature gone nuts. But at the top left corner where all the filters are listed (Instrumental, Happy, etc) they keep moving around and it makes it hard to turn them off. It's like a game of whack-a-mole. Is this my Firefox browser? Is is supposed to be scrolling left to right? Can it just stay still?
