Following feed / playlist

It would be amazing to have a feed / playlist of all the new music from artists you follow.
Currently the 'follow this artist' feature seems a bit useless, would be amazing if it could be used to notify me when an artist I follow uploads new music / pull all new music from followed artists into a constantly updating playlist/feed

Can you add an individualized feed based on the artists you follow so when a new song is added by one of the artists you follow you see it was added?
